We are looking for a Service Plumber to join our Petoskey team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the plumbing trade while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do
As a Service Plumber, you will provide professional plumbing service and repair for residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems
- Repair leaks, fixtures, piping, and plumbing components
- Perform service calls with professionalism and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and options
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
- Complete work safely while following company standards and plumbing codes
- Use technology and company systems to document work completed
- Continue developing plumbing skills through training and mentorship
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
- Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Own basic plumbing hand tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
Preferred
- 2 years of residential service plumbing experience
- Experience with residential and commercial plumbing repairs
- Plumbing apprenticeship experience
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (or working toward licensure)
