We are looking for candidates who are a High School Graduate/GED, with at least 2 years of lead HVAC installation experience. The successful candidate has a strong understanding of HVAC and Plumbing skills who are dependable, able to work and collaborate as part of a professional team. Successful candidates must have a valid driver’s license, undergo, and pass a drug screening and an employment background check.

Required education:
- High school graduate or GED
- Equivalent field experience, (2 years)
Work schedule: day shift
- Monday through Friday & no on-call
Qualifications/skills: the lead HVAC installer must possess the following to be successful in this
position: High school diploma/GED and equivalent field experience.
- Have strong understanding of HVAC.
- Field fabricating of sheet metal is a plus.
- Can lift 50 lbs. Unassisted.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, manuals and/or controls.
- Properly replace and install HVAC systems.
- Accurately measure job sites to properly order materials for installation.
- Good analytical skills & attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well within a team.
- Strong communication, written & verbal, skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations and answer customer questions.
- Train & mentor HVAC installation apprentices.
- Strong phone skills.
- Some computer skills.
- Pre-employment screenings: pass an employment background check and drug screening test.
- Ability to work outdoors and in tight spaces.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate a positive attendance record.
