Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Sheren Plumbing & Heating, Inc in Petoskey MI. This role is pivotal in coordinating Retro installation projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in service.
Job Duties
· Opening/closing jobs in our software
· Invoicing jobs
· Apply for permits and schedule inspections
· Perform post installation follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
· Ensure all paperwork is properly completed
· Register and document new equipment
· Apply for equipment rebates
· Track sales activity
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Previous experience in customer service
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experienced with computers, Microsoft, various software
· Ability to multitask
Education
· High School Diploma or equivalent
