Maintenance Engineer Supervisor

At Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country, we are currently seeking a Full-time Maintenance Engineer Supervisor. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the property operates efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. This hands-on position requires the ability to prioritize urgent repairs while adhering to a structured maintenance schedule for the overall upkeep of the hotel. Experience with commercial kitchens, laundry facilities, and complex mechanical systems such as chillers, boilers, and swimming pools is highly desirable.

$25 - $27 hourly

• Ensure the seamless operation of all mechanical and electrical systems to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep our facilities in top condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement innovative solutions for facility improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, prioritizing efficiency and safety.
• Assist in the planning and execution of renovation projects, contributing to our property's continuous improvement efforts.

• Experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical systems in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven track record of responding promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services.
