At Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country, we are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer Supervisor. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our property operates efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. This hands-on position requires the ability to prioritize urgent repairs while adhering to a structured maintenance schedule for the overall upkeep of the hotel. Experience with commercial kitchens, laundry facilities, and complex mechanical systems such as chillers, boilers, and swimming pools is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the seamless operation of all mechanical and electrical systems to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep our facilities in top condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement innovative solutions for facility improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, prioritizing efficiency and safety.
- Assist in the planning and execution of renovation projects, contributing to our property's continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical systems in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record of responding promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
