Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,000 – $85,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent service, quality, and cleanliness
- Lead, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members; support performance management and staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service
- Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial and operational goals
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and cost control
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Partner with culinary leadership on menu execution, service standards, and special promotions or events
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and schedules as required
More about you
- Minimum of 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment
- Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced operation
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol compliance
- Solid financial acumen, including experience with labor management, inventory control, and cost of goods
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
