What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Supervisor position at Sheraton Louisville Riverside?
The front desk manager will be a key role in maximizing guest service, on-going training of all front desk team members and being a guest service mentor and trainer for the front desk team. This role is expected to be a leader and positive example for their team as well as be the guest service ambassador for all hotel guests.
This role also fills in key spots and shifts in order to "be there" for all arriving, departing and in-house guests of the hotel.
They spearhead ideas to ensure guest satisfaction, resolve guest issues and strive to train all of their team in hotel professionalism and hospitality.
The front desk manager reports directly to the Front Office Manager and works closely with them to ensure all facets of the hotel front desk is operating efficiently, professionally and enthusiastically.
The expectation is that this manager will have hotel experience (Marriott preferred) and will have had at least 1 year working in the front desk area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
