Hotel Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The shift is Friday 7am-3pm, Saturday 7am-3pm, Sunday 3-11pm, Monday 3-11pm.The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Skills

• Strong guest relations skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Guest relations handling good and bad feedback
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
• Experience in hospitality management or previous front desk roles is preferred.
• Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software.
• Knowledge of resort services and local attractions is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
