We are seeking a RELIABLE Night Auditor to join our team. The position will be 2 nights per week, Friday and Saturday night. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while performing essential tasks. This position requires you to be detail-oriented and customer-focused with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest relations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures efficiently.
- Utilize phone systems to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial performance for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
- Cleans the hotel to ensure the hotel is ready for the guests in the morning.
