Responsibilities:
- Registering guests and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Ensuring proper payment and correct billing
- Making sure all room specifications are correct
- Assisting with any concerns or questions
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel experience a big plus
- Must be able to work weekends!
- Must be customer service focused
- Should be detail oriented and organized
- Must thrive in a fast paced environment
- Should be able to multi task
- Must have good computer and cash handling skills
- Must be available to work on the weekends
