Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Representative
We are seeking a dependable, professional, and service-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. This position plays a critical role in the guest experience by delivering efficient service, maintaining professionalism at all times, and ensuring front desk operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is polished, accountable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent professionalism, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming guest arrival and departure experience
- Complete check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payment processing accurately
- Answer phones promptly and assist guests with requests, questions, and concerns
- Resolve guest issues quickly while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready front desk and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Follow all cash handling, security, and hotel operational procedures
- Monitor guest activity and report concerns according to hotel policy
- Remain attentive and engaged at the front desk throughout the shift
- Support hotel standards, service goals, and team accountability
Ideal Candidate
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay focused and productive during the full shift
- Comfortable handling guest concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Previous front desk, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with hotel PMS systems and reservation software is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent computer, phone, and desk work
- Occasional walking throughout the hotel
- Ability to assist with light operational tasks when needed

Schedule:
Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
