Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Part-Time Breakfast Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, working Saturday and Sunday morning 6AM- 12 PM. This role involves delivering prompt and courteous service during breakfast hours, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and creating memorable guest interactions. Prior experience in dining, catering, or the food industry is a plus, along with strong customer service skills and knowledge of food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service during breakfast hours.
- Take and accurately relay guest orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with established presentation standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up buffet stations or plating dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service and address special dietary requests or allergies.
- Support banquet or catering events as required, providing excellent hospitality service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or banquet environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and dietary considerations.
- Experience in fine dining or hospitality settings is a plus.
- Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
