The Houston Real Estate team seeks candidates who have experience supporting complex, high-value real estate transactions, including:
- Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate transactional documents
- Conducting and reviewing title due diligence, including negotiation and clearance of title issues
- Managing transaction closings, including coordination of colleagues, clients, and outside parties
- Collaborating with partners and senior associates on structured acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 3-4 years of experience working on varied real estate transactions
- Proficiency in drafting, negotiation, and document review, with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent matters
- Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn directly from leading practitioners
The annual salary range for this position is $260,000-$310,000.
