What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Site Shift Supervisor, Crisis Residential position at Sheppard Pratt?
Crisis Residential Program services provide short-term intensive, round-the-clock, personalized support to help stabilize someone having a mental health crisis so they can avoid hospitalization. Our teams collaborate with providers who are already involved in an individual’s treatment and works to link clients to other services offered by Sheppard Pratt or other community providers.
Shift: Thursday - Sunday 11pm - 7am

- Supporting the implementation of new program services and quality improvement systems that evolve with the changing needs of clients.
- Providing the support, training, and structure needed to assure budget projections are being met.

What we need from you.
- A high school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years of experience.
- A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
