What to expect.

Additional responsibilities will include:
- Providing transportation to and attending clients’ medical appointments, as necessary. You will ensure client understanding and proper follow-up of prescribed medications.
- Developing medication plans for all clients receiving services.
- Providing education and linkage to clients regarding medication and health services.
- Counseling clients on the potential side effects of medication.

What we need from you.
- A high school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s preferred.
- An active, non-provisional driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
- Knowledge of medications, side effects, therapeutic effects, and the ability to effectively communicate this knowledge.
