Development and Intellectual Disabilities Services (DDA) at Sheppard Pratt offer programs devoted to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including residential programs that provide homes and person-centered supports. The Odyssey Residential Program provides single-family homes throughout the Frederick community to approved individuals.

- Facilitating client participation in therapeutic and social group activities by developing an understanding of what motivates them individually.
- Implementing individual client care plans to meet client needs and goals.

What we need from you.
- High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Positively referenced relevant work, student, or volunteer experience.
- An active, non-provisional driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
