What to expect.

We are seeking a licensed social worker or counselor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outpatient mental health center. Our center offers a wide array of mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages. This dual-role position not only involves management duties, but also direct care, with the Director providing therapy 50% of the time. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career while continuing to see patients.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and crisis management while driving program growth and success.
• Supervising treatment teams and program support staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Overseeing clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership and training to ensure excellent clinical care, customer services, and compliance.
• Coordinating workflows with other Sheppard Pratt clinics, focusing on standardization of operations and change management.
• Ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements, CARF regulations, and business workflows.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients as part of a collaborative treatment plan 50% of the time.
• To be the point person to coordinate building needs and coordinate with other program leaders on space needs and issues.

What we need from you.

• Must possess one of the following at time of hire:
• Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
• Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of providing patient care while also taking on increasing leadership and management responsibilities.
  
  

The pay range for this position is $90,000 minimum to $100,000 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, license and years and level of related experience.
