Allstate Sales Producer

Our busy agency in Milford, OH is looking for a dynamic addition to the team. We are a high performing team focused on delivering exceptional service to existing customers while eagerly pursuing new customers and new business opportunities. We believe in performance-based compensation. This position offers base hourly plus and aggressive commission structure. The right performer with sales ability will earn at least total compensation in first year of $50k with no limit on higher earnings. This is a great opportunity for an entry level motivated candidate to learn the business and grow with us. We offer a fixed hourly rate plus commission on new sales and a quarterly bonus program. • Cross-promotion: Identify opportunities for cross-selling to enhance customers' insurance portfolios.
• Customer Support: Provide attentive and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to provide relevant and timely insurance solutions.
• Client Engagement: Actively interact with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
