We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with clients and provide tailored insurance solutions. - Starting base salary is $40,000 - $50,000 per year
- Average commission is $20,000 - $25,000 per year with bonuses, with the opportunity to earn more

Requirements
- Property and Casualty license required (Life and Health a plus)
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate consistent leads through calls, networking, and referrals
- Maintain a minimum of 2.5 hours of daily talk time with prospective and current clients
- Achieve monthly sales goals regularly
- Conduct needs-based reviews to recommend appropriate coverage options
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through trust and service
