Position Summary
We are seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Home Caregivers to join our growing team. You will provide hands-on assistance and support to clients under the guidance of Shepherd’s Hands Home Care policies, MDHHS guidelines, and training programs.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation (to travel to client homes)
- Ability to pass a background check and Michigan central registry check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
- Ability to lift and assist clients (up to 50 lbs)
- Preferred: Experience in home care, senior care, or personal care services
- Minimum high school diploma; must be over the age of 18
- Valid Michigan driver’s license, three (3) years of driving experience, and must have own vehicle at work, vehicle insurance and registration
- Flexibility, knowledge of basic housekeeping skills
