We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Performance Targets (KPIs)

  • Outbound Activity: 80-100 calls/dials per day.
  • Talk Time: Average of 2 hours of talk time daily.
  • Conversion: Set a minimum of 6 qualified appointments per week.
  • Database Growth: Adding and properly tagging a set number of new contacts weekly.

Salary : $50,000
