Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and laundry rooms
- Use appropriate cleaning techniques and products to ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain a fresh appearance
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Maintain proper sanitation protocols in all areas to promote a healthy living environment
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any special requests or concerns
- Manage janitorial supplies and equipment to ensure efficient cleaning operations
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep as needed for clients’ convenience
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with janitorial or custodial experience in hotels or commercial settings is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
