Shenango Honda is a locally-owned dealership looking for an experienced and energetic Automotive Assistant Finance Manager/BDC Manager to take our customer communication and lead conversions to the next level! You'll be the driving force behind creating efficient processes while ensuring that every customer interaction gives reliability, quality and care reflecting the values we have as a dealership with over 45 years in business!

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee daily BDC operations, including inbound/outbound call performance and lead management

·         Respond to internet leads in a timely manner

·         Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to meet monthly goals

·         Back-up the Finance Manager as needed

Qualifications:

·         Previous internet sales and automotive finance experience required

·         Proven experience managing an automotive BDC/Internet team required

·         Fantastic communication skills with your customers

·         Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
