Position Overview
Nu-Pipe is seeking a CDL-Holding Foreman to support projects across the Carolina to Florida corridor. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on operation of commercial vehicles, making it critical to the success of field operations. The ideal candidate is a dependable, safety-focused leader who can manage crews, operate specialized equipment, and travel to multiple job sites.
Locations
Candidates must live near or be willing to travel to project sites within North Carolina → Florida.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise field crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Operate commercial vehicles (CDL required) to transport crew, equipment, and materials
- Travel to multiple project locations, with a schedule of 10 days on / 4 days off
- Perform basic inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Train, mentor, and enforce safety protocols for crew members
- Communicate project updates to management and clients
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL
- Prior experience as a foreman, crew lead, or similar supervisory role
- Comfortable with rotational travel (10 days on / 4 days off)
- Strong leadership, organization, and safety skills
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking
