Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring a PM Tech - HVAC to join our team. This is an ideal role for a motivated, reliable individual ready to start or grow their career in HVAC while learning preventative maintenance and system care with a supportive, family-owned company.

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime may be required)
What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Conduct thorough inspections, cleanings, and basic troubleshooting
- Provide professional, high-quality service during every customer visit
- Work alongside experienced technicians while developing your skills
- Help customers maintain comfortable and efficient heating and cooling systems year-round
What You Need
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- HVAC technical training or minimum 6 months of hands-on experience
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
- HVAC Technical School certificate (preferred)
