Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time (Overtime available when you want it)
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service with honest, professional recommendations
- Work independently while backed by a supportive team
- Share feedback with the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing
What You Need
- 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- EPA Universal License (required)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
Preferred:
- NATE Certification
