Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to children with ASD and related developmental disabilities in our school and community-based programs
- Assist with daily living skills, such as personal care, feeding, and toileting
- Implement individualized behavioral support plans and strategies to promote independence and inclusion
- Communicate effectively with children, staff, and families to ensure a smooth transition between home and school settings
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with families regarding daily activities and behaviors
- High school diploma required
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Competitive hourly rate: $20-$20 per hour
