Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to children aged 0-3 with ASD and related developmental disabilities in a home-based setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring to evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related field
- 2 years of experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities
- New York State License and Certification as an SLP (CCC-SLP)
- PER_DIEM schedule, with flexibility to accommodate varied client needs
- Ability to travel to client homes in Queens, NY
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ASHA guidelines and evidence-based practices
- Competitive salary $60-$70 a Session (typically 30 minutes)
