Owner Operators
- IFTA Permit and SSR Permit
- Liability Insurance
- Filing of fuel tax quarterly or monthly

- Shelton Trucking offers paid flatbed training for drivers that have 1 year Class A experience!
- Weekly Settlements
- Paid 68% of pay of load revenue
- Paid 75% of pay of load revenue if you provide your trailer or lease our trailer

- Paid orientation with a private hotel room
- Fuel Cards: We offer fuel cards and advance our drivers fuel for the week, so you have no upfront fuel costs. Our fuel cards also give you access to our significant fuel discounts.
- Fuel Surcharge: Drivers receive 100% fuel surcharge from the loads they haul.
- Benefit Discounts: Drivers are eligible for a 30% discounted rate through the Universal Truckers Benefits Association.

Requirements
We only work with the best of the best. We keep our drivers, our freight and the public safe with these driver qualifications:
- 22 years of age
- Valid Class A commercial vehicle driver’s license
- Pre-employment physical and drug screening
