Compensation & Financial Highlights:
- Weekly Earnings: $1,612.00 to $2,000.00 Gross Weekly (Based on experience)
- Load Bonus: $75.00 specialized securement pay added to every single load
- Freight Stability: 100% stable corporate volume all 52 weeks of the year with zero reliance on broker boards
Schedule & Home Time:
- Route Structure: Highly predictable, dedicated plant-to-plant loop running from York, PA to Lolita, TX
- Time on the Road: Out 7 to 10 days per run
- Time at Home: 2 full, consecutive days off at home after every single run, hitting right through the Houston market
Operational Efficiency:
- 95% Pure Driving Time: Maximize your road hours with completely no-touch cargo and minimal terminal delays
- No Manual Tarping: Utilize specialized rolling mechanical tarp systems—keep open-deck pay without the heavy physical labor
Paid Professional Transition:

Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- No prior flatbed or open-deck experience required—complete paid training is provide
