Licensed Insurance Agent (Spanish)

We are looking for a licensed bilingual (Spanish) insurance agent to help generate new business by contacting existing and potential customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that meet the customer's needs. Emphasis on growing the Hispanic market while cross-selling to provide multi-line/bundle discounts for additional customer savings. Goals are to build positive relationships, ensure growth attainment and customer retention through our excellent customer service and support. Bonus opportunities monthly.

Responsibilities

Working warm leads of prospective (hispanic and non-hispanic) clients that have shown an interest in doing business with the agency. Work with clients to establish the coverages and risk management strategies that fit their needs. A strong focus on offering additional lines of insurance to incorporate all of the customers policy needs in one location.

• Maintain database and records
• Timely reporting of insurance claims to ensure customer satisfaction
• Able to muti-task between the systems via use of the latest sales and service technology and best practices
• Constantly update job knowledge while also learning about new products and services
• Fulfill all mandatory training CE requirements to remain licensed

Skills

• Proven working experience within an insurance agency or call center environment
• Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (auto, property, cycle and rv)
• Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
• Proven ability to work toward goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $41,600.00 - $43,680.00 per year
