We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with the insurance industry and sales, specifically Medicare-related products. This is an office based, part-time position located in Stillwater, OK. Some travel may be required. Salary and commission structure will be based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and service insurance policies, including all Medicare related products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through excellent service.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-ups, and updating client records accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and guiding clients through the insurance process.
- Maintain compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines.
Requirements:
- Oklahoma Insurance License preferred, if not licensed, must be willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service Experience a must
- Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently.
- Insurance Experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer proficiency
Experience:
- Insurance sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Health Insurance License (Preferred)
