Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. This position provides coverage at our Bon Air outpatient center for neurological and orthopedic conditions. The Physical Therapist Assistant provides quality, comprehensive, patient-centered physical therapy services including administration of a treatment plan under the direction and supervision of the physical therapist, documentation and communication with team members, and supervision to non-licensed personnel. Instructs therapy support staff, students, other team members, and patient and/or caregivers.

Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. Compensation
- $26.00 - $44.00 per hour
- This range reflects our commitment to pay equity and market‑competitive compensation.
- Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant educational program required.
- Virginia licensure to practice or eligibility and application for licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of the Virginia State Board of Health Professions required.
- Healthcare professionals CPR certification required.
