  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of exterior areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, entrances, grounds, trash rooms, and dumpster areas.

  • Support the maintenance team with light maintenance tasks, preventive maintenance, and property improvement projects, including replacing light bulbs and filters, touch-up painting, and pressure washing.

  • Assist with routine groundskeeping, landscaping upkeep, seasonal cleanup, and snow and ice removal as needed.

  • Assist Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors with routine pool and whirlpool maintenance, including monitoring chemical levels, as applicable and with appropriate training.

  • Monitor property conditions and promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, property damage, and supply needs to property management.

  • Safely operate cleaning equipment, basic tools, and groundskeeping equipment while following proper procedures for cleaning products and chemical storage.

  • Travel between assigned communities as needed to support cleaning, groundskeeping, light maintenance, and other operational needs.

  • Support the property management team with resident notices, special projects, and other operational needs as assigned.

  • Provide friendly, professional service to residents and work collaboratively with property management and maintenance associates to maintain a positive community environment.
