Manufacturing - Fiberglass Trim Technician (Bucyrus, OH)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Read production drawings; perform QC checks to ensure proper mold setup / dimensions are correct

 Sand, trim, and remove imperfections from fiberglass panels

 Perform minor repairs and apply resins or fillers as needed

 Measure and inspect work using jigs, templates, or gauges

 Safely operate all tools and machinery

 Maintains tools, equipment and a clean work area

 Assist with moving and staging large panels

 Solid experience with use of basic hand and power tools

 Able to pass a forklift drivers test and safely operate a forklift

 Support lean, 5S, and continuous improvement efforts

 Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift with minimal absenteeism

 Other duties as assigned

Benefits:

 2 weeks of vacation 1st through 4th year; 3 weeks of vacation after 4th year

 Closed between Christmas and New Years with pay

Salary : $20 - $22
