Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Insurance Sales & Service Representative for an on-site position located in Eldon, MO. In this role, you will assist customers with their insurance needs by providing personalized service, processing claims, and recommending appropriate insurance products. Day-to-day tasks will include managing customer inquiries, maintaining client records, generating new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively explain insurance policies and assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions
- Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle client records and customer inquiries
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in common office software
- Selling and negotiation skills for generating new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Licensing in relevant insurance lines (property, casualty, etc.) is highly preferred or a willingness to become licensed
