Qualifications
- Proficient in insurance sales and sales techniques or willing to be trained in a fast paced sales industry to meet business growth goals
- Skilled in customer service and communication to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with insurance and familiarity with various insurance products, including home, auto, and life insurance preferred
- Knowledge of insurance brokerage practices and procedures
- Proactive, goal-orientated mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Licensure requirements: Active insurance agent license or willingness to obtain licensure before starting
