Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team full-time at our Alexandria, LA location. This on-site role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include processing policy documents, maintaining accurate records, and staying updated on Shelter Insurance® products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
