Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist located in Ballwin, MO. The Client Relations Specialist will handle customer inquiries, ensure client satisfaction, and build strong relationships with policyholders. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, addressing client concerns, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain relationships
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations
- Skills in Customer Support to address inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 - $65,000
