We're seeking to hire experienced and engaging individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, processing customer payments and providing customer service while answering customer questions. Additionally, the cashier is in charge of customer refunds and making change when necessary. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning new skills, and a successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and enjoy dealing with the public.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate service in a friendly manner.
- Reply to customer inquiries and complaints in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Answer the phone promptly.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Follow instructions carefully, both written and oral.
- Ask questions if unsure how to proceed with an assigned task.
- Perform additional duties as needed during short-notice times of peak customer traffic.
