Customer Service Representative Job Description
Duties:
- Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Balance cash drawer daily
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution
- Perform cashiering duties such as handling checks, money orders, and cash
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate fees and interest accurately
Requirements:
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately
- Experience in cashiering or cash management preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
