Sheldon Medical Supply is looking for a compassionate Medical Customer Service Representative in our Caro location for multiple positions. Desired candidates will possess excellent communication skills, computer skills, organizational skills along with drive and willingness to learn. Someone who also works good under pressure and is not afraid to make and take phone calls.
Preferred but not required - Medical experience, insurance knowledge and DME experience.
Sheldon Medical Supply's medical customer service representative is a very fast paced position with responsibilities of communicating with patients, doctors, and hospitals. Responsible for order intake, verifying insurances, obtaining authorizations, data entry and much more.

Full time hours - 8:30-5 M-F
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
