Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Night Shift Nurse to join our team at Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio. As a Night Shift Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents in a nursing home setting, promoting and restoring their health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care based on individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

• Monitor patient/resident conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician

• Document all care and observations accurately and timely in accordance with regulations

• Assist with wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other clinical procedures

• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure care standards are upheld

• Participate in care planning, team meetings, and shift reports

• Support residents' dignity and well-being through person-centered care

Requirements:

• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio (Required)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for senior care and a commitment to excellence
