Responsibilities
- Installs, configures, tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end-user workstation and thin/zero client hardware and networked peripheral devices.
- Receives and responds to calls and/or tickets regarding PC and/or software problems.
- Prioritizes work based on team/member impact and demonstrates strong judgement and analytical skills to resolve issues in a timely manner in order to provide exceptional service.
- Performs on-site support for all IT related incidents.
- Accurately documents instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
- Works with the IT team to ensure a high level of system availability and resolution.
- Develops and maintains proper documentation of inventory.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or commensurate work experience is preferred.
- 2-3 years of related experience is preferred.
Salary : $45,000 - $53,000
