Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Memphis, TN, for an IT Helpdesk Level 2 Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing network operations, and ensuring network security. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with network administration, and offering exceptional customer service to our clients. Project management is highly desired. The ability to multitask and work under deadlines and attention to detail is critical.
Qualifications
- Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Strong Troubleshooting and Network Security skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Security , Network ) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
