Essential Job Functions
- Develop the knowledge of the company’s product lines, services, and both internal and remote operations to include Mod Shops and the Shelby Performance staff.
- Develop knowledge of the company’s processes and procedures as they relate to the sales and customer in support of our deliverable products and services.
- Builds and maintains quality relationships with existing customers through personal interactions, email, telephone conversations and web postings.
- Become knowledgeable of Shelby product lines, processes and determine where to find answers if you have questions.
- Assist the sales and logistical teams with set up and take down of displays and other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to operate company vehicles and have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission.
- Stays abreast of customer needs and ensure that they are cared for by sales and support personnel within the company and dealer programs.
- Maintain a professional attitude with all customers and attend to their desires in a cheerful and proactive manner.
- Maintain an organized filing system on all customer files. This includes all forms, photographs and customer correspondence.
- Completes and submits progress reports on vehicles as they relate to their location and build status.
- Attend company sponsored events as required and present a professional appearance and interactions with all that you come into contact with. Often this will involve after hours social activities and you will maintain a professional representation of the company at all times.
- Provides information and/or follows up on customer issues as required with appropriate team members.

- Indoor/Outdoor: Extensive indoor and outdoor exposure. May encounter distracting noise levels and extreme weather conditions. Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Independence: Perform job duties independently with minimal supervision. Freedom to determine tasks, priorities and goals.
- Experience: Should be an automotive enthusiast with a minimum of 3 years professional experience. High school diploma or equivalent education required. High School/G.E.D. A sales background is helpful and customer service experience. A solid understanding of performance vehicles and generally how they operate.
- Drug Screen: Ability to pass pre-employment, random, or reasonable suspicion drug screens.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
