Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Brand Ambassador Program Lead (official title: Brand Partnerships Supervisor) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase CA engagement, loyalty, and active participation in SHEIN marketing campaigns
- Lead recruitment efforts to expand and diversify the campus ambassador network across universities
- Plan, host, and manage ambassador events that boost brand awareness and foster a connected community
- Oversee ambassador performance tracking and program metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Manage and implement ambassador incentive programs, including commissions, event invitations, and other benefits to motivate and reward ambassadors
- Support ambassador growth through tier progression and ensure ambassadors feel valued and supported in their role
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in program management, campus marketing, or community engagement roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with campus organizations, student networks, and event planning is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully managing ambassador, influencer, or grassroots marketing programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of ambassadors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking program performance and making data-informed decisions
- Ability to plan and execute events, campaigns, and recruitment initiatives effectively
- Familiarity with youth and campus culture trends, and an understanding of how to engage and grow college student communities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fashion, social media, and brand advocacy is a plus
