Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and solutions‑oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of Sheets Laundry Club—helping customers with orders, subscriptions, product questions, and general support. After completing on‑site training, this position transitions to a partly remote schedule.
Work Schedule
- Friday–Tuesday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
- Phone support required on:
- Friday
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Email and chat support may be handled on all scheduled days.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with orders, subscriptions, and account updates
- Troubleshoot issues with shipments, billing, and product use
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow established procedures while offering a warm, human touch
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experience
- Uphold Sheets Laundry Club’s values of sustainability, kindness, and transparency

- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required schedule
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
- $16/hour starting pay
