Customer Service Representative
About Us:
Go Flooring LLC is a leading provider of high-quality flooring solutions, offering a wide variety of materials including Hardwood, Tile, Laminate, LVP/LVT, and Carpet. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone call, text, email, and in person.
- Assist customers with scheduling installations.
- Process and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Schedule installations and maintain accurate records
- Process customer installation payments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or inventory management (flooring or home improvement industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Rotating shifts Monday-Friday and every other Saturday
Preferred:
- Experience or knowledge in flooring products and services.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
- Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM experience ( Monday)
