Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm service appointments (phone/email)
- Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and update customer information
- Follow up on internet leads and service requests
- Coordinate with the service department for timely appointments
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Automotive experience a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass background checks, MVR, and drug screening
